Day 4 - final day in Cape Town

This morning we went to The Old Biscuit Mill

a vibrant market with amazing shopping and

with the absolute best food stalls I've seen so far.  It definitely is one of the top markets I've been to.  If I lived here, there would be a problem!  I'd be shopping non-stop!!

Lunch time

A bit of bread to start, most delicious

1st course - "homedried tomato"

2nd course - oops forgot to take a pretty picture
Larry had the "grilled scallop" and I had the "pickled fish"

3rd course
Larry had "pork belly" and I really stepped out of the box with "veal sweetbreads"

Palate cleanser

4th course - we both had the "line fish"

5th course - Larry had "caramelized almond tart"

and I had "poached pear"

Another 5 star meal
No need for dinner tonight
