One of the things that excited Larry and I when we learned we would be relocating to England was that the 2014 TDF would be starting a mere hour and a half away from us
Friday morning we travelled to the very beautiful city of Harrogate
We met 2 teams previewing the course
Saturday morning we met up with the sports tour group to ride to Otley
The crowd was enormous!
We rode back to Harrogate to watch the finish of Stage 1
The crowd was even more enormous
Sunday morning we rode to the top of the Blubberhouses climb for a Stage 2 viewing
The Yorkshire countryside is gorgeous, the pictures don't do it justice. Love all the rock walls!!
