One tidy parking lot

Yesterday I went to a grocery store that I don't normally go to

 These men are all over the parking lot, car washers!  Not sure how clean they get the car with just their cart.  Maybe there's a hose and water supply hiding in there.  Luckily I had just had mine done so they didn't bother me

It costs 1£ to use the trolley.  You do get it back when you return it and lock it back up.   That's one way to get people to put the trolley back, no trolleys left in parking spaces here!
